Vice President & Chief Distribution Officer

Rex Hoover is the Vice President & Chief Distribution Officer at Elite Securities Wealth Strategies. He has spent his career in the financial services, real estate and insurance industries specializing in recruiting and training.

Prior to Elite Securities Wealth Strategies, Mr. Hoover was the National Director of Agencies at HBW Advisory Services, LLC, where his leadership led his division to produce over 90% of the company sales with $600 assets under management.  Prior to HBW Advisory Services, LLC, he was the National Sales Director at Amerishare Investors where his recruiting efforts resulted in an organization with more than 4,000 agents.  Mr. Hoover has extensive entrepreneurial experience including ownership of Rex Realty, a real estate brokerage firm. Other endeavors include land development, construction, residential, farm, ranch, and commercial real estate. He started and operated a discount long distance phone company following the deregulation of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Hoover is currently the owner of HomeTown Realty, Inc.

Mr. Hoover earned his associated degree at Amarillo College. After college, he served four years in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician achieving the Rank of Second Class Petty Officer. He holds a Series 65 license, Life Insurance license and a Texas Real Estate broker license.
